Before launching Firebird, I spent over a decade honing my expertise across the NHS and private sectors. My background is diverse, covering everything from musculoskeletal outpatients and orthopaedics to paediatrics, obstetrics, and professional sports teams.

In large clinics, patients are often passed between different therapists. As a sole trader, I work differently.

You will work directly with me—from your very first assessment to your final discharge. This ensures I know your full clinical history and understand your specific recovery goals. I am personally accountable for your care.

I understand that when you are in pain, your priority is relief. That is why I take a hands-on approach—using manual therapy to help settle the specific area that hurts.
